Big dog.....

Most of these dogs are muzzled and roam with their guards at the Indian Market place in Lima. It's not as intimidating as the gun the guard has. But, it didn't keep Connie and me from shopping our hearts out. She knows all the good places.

Little did he know...........

that we would be eating llama a few days in the future. It did not taste like chicken!! But, not bad. These animals spit at you, too.

Church offices in Lima.

This is a beautiful building anywhere in the world but here in Lima it really stands out. The grounds are protected by a huge fence and full time guards, 24-7 to watch over the property or else it would be robbed.

The cutest babies ever..........

I couldn't keep my eyes off these beautiful babies strapped to their tiny mothers. Yes, both of us are standing on level ground. It was cold and this baby was toasty warm on her mom's back.

On the street in Cuzco

The people are amazing and very poor. Check out how small she is, average size here. Ignore the dates on the pictures, I goofed!

Machu Pichu

Steve and I went to see Doug and Connie Earl in Lima, Peru and made it to Machu Pichu on Oct. 1. It was unbelievable. We flew from Lima to Cuzco and then went by train to Machu. It was both wonderful and scary. Steve passed me up all the time, cain and all. It was really neat to see.
